costumes - at the start of the video we see a person wearing a lab coat empathising that he is a scientist and we later see the kid wearing normal kid clothes but wearing big jackets showing the cold weather they are in

lighting - at the starts of the video we see flickering lights down the corridor this could indicate that there is danger coming and would give suspense to what would happen next also when the kid reach the house there is barely any light and when in the backroom it zooms at the light could insight danger or murder 

setting - at the start of the video we see a corridor that looks like a entrance to a lab then we see the kids in the basement play games this was the start of story but then we see the young kid enter the restricted area and then seeing a strange figure emerge out of no where
