camera movement and editing
Camera movement
Task 1
crane - when the main character is getting chased we see the camera do a swoop at it goes up then drops down this could give the audience more excitement as it happen when there is action at that point
whip pan - when the main character is stopped we see a whip pan (very fast pan) this is to make the audience feel scared or exited to what will happen next to the main character as it normally occurs at important scenes
hand held - when the main character is stopped and beginning to fight the camera is more shaky and uncontrollably showing hand held this is normally used in fight scenes to make the audience more engaged in the scene
Editing
Pace - at the middle of the video the man is cornered then the pace of editing suddenly increases when the man start to fight the enemy then we seen a series of rapid cuts to communicate the anger and danger to the audience. which makes them feel fear or excitement for gonna happen next
juxtaposition - is this scene we see juxtaposition as we see these two characters which could represent light and dark as the police could be the light the guy could be the dark This tells the audience these are the two characters for this scene and that they will decide what happens next (eg will he win the fight or get arrested)
